The Senior Leadership Team supports, advises and shares responsibility with the pastor to implement the vision of renewal and revitalization for Divine Mercy Parish. The group addresses issues confronting the future of the parish, surfaces new ideas for revitalization, and sets the priorities for renewal, evangelization and growth of Divine Mercy Parish.

The Parish Stewardship Council is a group of parishioners that represent our parish community. They serve in a lay leadership, consultative capacity, and are concerned with the broad strategy and future direction of Divine Mercy parish, as shaped by our Parish Vision:

The Finance Council is a group of parishioners appointed by the Pastor. The members of the Council are from various career backgrounds but have a knowledge/expertise in the fields of management, accounting or finance.
The Finance Council strives to keep the parish fiscally sound by balancing the needs and wants of the parish. The Council focuses on the short term and long term goals in relation to both the spiritual needs of the parish community and the physical buildings on our parish campuses. The purpose of the Finance Council is to assist the pastor in the implementation of policy decisions in a manner that is fiscally responsible. The Council consults with the pastor in the areas of budget, buildings and maintenance, and financial planning and development. The Council reviews and approves the church and school budget, annual report, and monthly financials all in accordance with Archdiocesan policy. The Sacred Heart School Board is an advisory board consisting of nine parents of children enrolled in Sacred Heart School, as well as the pastor and the principal. School board members serve a three-year term, and are nominated by an advisory committee consisting of board, parish and school family representatives.

Our dedicated Children’s Ministry Board helped us create a new, innovative program that includes less formal time in the classroom and more time connecting faith to everyday life. It seeks to engage families in a more robust way as we partner in their child’s faith formation. Families from St. Philip the Apostle and Sacred Heart join together for the Masses, Service and Prayer sessions.
Our board members serve a three-year term, though many have served even longer. Members serve as advisors to the many events and programs offered throughout the year; many also are integrally involved in the program as catechists. 2023-2024 Children's Ministry Board Members
