Quad-Parish Events and Speakers

Tri-Parish is now Quad Parish!
The Tri-Parish group has historically included Divine Mercy, Saints Faith, Hope, and Charity, and Saints Joseph, Francis Xavier parishes as a result of the “grouping” to which we were assigned during the Renew My Church process in 2017/2018.  (That is the process during which the former parishes of Sacred Heart and St. Philip the Apostle merged to become Divine Mercy Parish.)

Fr. Wayne Watts, Pastor of Saints Joseph, Francis Xavier (SJFX), has been assigned as pastor of St. John Henry Newman Parish in Evanston (the combined former parishes of St. Athanasius and St. Joan of Arc), in addition to his assignment at SJFX.  As a result, we are now known as the Quad-Parish group, made up of four parishes of Divine Mercy, Saints Faith, Hope, and Charity, Saints Joseph Francis Xavier, and Saint John Henry Newman Parishes.  You can find our new logo to the right, reflecting this new reality.

We are excited to work together with another North Shore parish and look forward to fruitful
collaboration on future events, including Bible Study Discussion Sessions with Fr. Kartje.

Divine Mercy works with the other parishes on the Northshore, including Ss. Faith Hope & Charity, and Ss. Joseph and Francis Xavier, to offer spiritual and educational programming.  This tri-parish grouping offers joint reconciliation services, Lenten Missions, as well as spiritual, social and educational opportunities.  These events are posted on our Parish New & Events page.  (Some previous events are shown to the right.)
