Join Us-Mass in the Meadow & the Potluck BBQ Picnic: Aug. 30

Join us for the 4:30 p.m. Mass on Sunday, August 3oth in the meadow behind St. Philip the Apostle Church, followed by a potluck BBQ afterwards.  (There will be NO 4:30 p.m. Mass at Sacred Heart Church that day.  We’ll also gather inside St. Philip Church in the case of rain.) 
 
We’re asking everyone to sign up for the needed BBQ items by clicking here, which can be dropped off at the John Paul II Room (the east side of the church itself) before the Mass begins. 
 
We’re also looking for volunteers to help set up, greet in the parking lot, help unload cars, serve as greeters or ushers at Mass, and clean up.  If you can volunteer for one of those service spots, please click here.
